So delicious. and hit the spot especially since its 1pm and I’ll I’ve had today prior to this was a nonfat latte and glass of v8 juice.
The only bad thing was the bread but it totally made it.
One of those torta rolls from Costco with 2 scrambled eggs with red onion and mushroom topped with 2 slices of bacon that SUPER shrunk in the oven. It was more like 1 1/4 slices of skinny bacon. :/ fail on my part there but super crispy! topped with 1 slice of kraft singles cheese. and 4 strawberries on the side. 
Sometimes I run the WW points in my head just to see how I’m doing if I was still on there. So far I’ve eaten about 15 points today which isn’t bad. I used to eat about 12-14 before dinner. My sandwich will keep me full until I get home from work tonight at 8:30.
Bringing a banana to work to eat if I get hungry. And of course lots of water to drink at work since it’s flipping hot as shit right now. 
I hate my job. :)

Holy moly this week has been hectic as hell. Last week of classes so I was making sure all my work was done, and studying for finals, and my financial accounting class at one of the junior colleges started this week so it was a very long overlapped week in regards to school.
That shizz is hard man!
Anyways spring quarter ends on Tuesday - one take home essay final [about 6 pages now], another crime profiling paper [almost 2 pages], and 2 finals Tuesday and Spring Quarter is over.
Then hello summer school.
Picture above is my x-ray from the chiropractor since my back has been hurting me. That’s me on the left, I should be looking like the picture on the right. Its called subluxation degeneration - my spine is unaligned, shifted, and what it means is that the disks between my L3 and L4 and L4 and L5 [mostly this one] are minor-ly dislocated - not a full dislocation. But as a result its pinching my nerves which cause problems to bathroom issues, sterility, leg pains, knee pains, etc. These lovely doctor visits are gonna run me 2200 bucks :[ the doctor knocked it down from 3700. I’ll have to think of that as a silver lining.
So now I have to go to the chiropractor 3 times a week for 12 weeks in order to correct this hopefully completely. I’m hoping since my alignment is so off once its corrected and my back is straight my stomach won’t be so poochy - its my lower stomach that sticks out a lot. Like when I got down to 140 my stomach was still super distended, but I got super bony elsewhere. we shall see.
I have so many huge bills now with this and school. I just hope I can still do study abroad in the spring. kjfdkjfdkjfh :((
Stressing big time about school and money.
Dropped my sister off at the airport last night because shes going to Nicaragua for 3 weeks for community service and we had a goodbye cake - cheesecake and I had a slice and I enjoyed every bite of it. I so wanted more but one piece was good for me. :) Its the delicious graham cracker crust I swear. Moderation is key!
Noms. Taking a break from studying to watch a bit of television before work.

sorry I haven’t posted much this week. It’s been a long long week.

I shall write a nice update once I get back from the chiropractor tomorrow morning. For now I am going to go read in bed for a bit before I pass out. :)

Mmm dinner. 
Back on track today. Drank too much last night. 

Had a beef and chicken kabob, stuffed scallop, some grilled zucchini and mushrooms for dinner. With a virgin Bloody Mary. Lol. Used spicy v8 juice instead of a mix and alcohol. Super good! I love v8 juice. 

This will be my new drink when I wanna drink an alcoholic drink - I need to lay off the booze for a bit. 

Tomorrows breakfast plan is a fried egg or two, couple slices of bacon and a glass of v8 juice. Maybe a banana. I might have the banana with some yogurt for lunch. :)

B: Coconut Apple Pie Scramble with 2 slices of bacon [pictured above]
L: banana with 2 spoonfuls of almond butter
Snack: couple of leftover potato bites, 2 slices of turkey pastrami
D; chicken shrimp stir fry
D; Panna Cotta with fresh berries [so fattening apparently but it was so good.]
first of all: I think I have mastered controlling my almond butter consumption when I spoon it out of the jar! The past few times I’ve eaten it I have stopped myself after eating 2 spoonfuls! :D
The scramble was delicious. It tastes like a dessert and I got it from oohhclare. This is how she made it:
tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan and once heated add 1/2-3/4 chopped apple with 1 tbsp raisins, 2 tbsp coconut flakes and season with pumpkin pie spice [I added cinnamon also]
once the apples are to your desired texture add in your 2 scrambled eggs to the mixture [I seasoned the eggs with more cinnamon]
put it on the plate and top with more coconut flakes and slivered almonds [I didn’t have any almonds]
In other news;
narrowed down my top choices for study abroad: Italy, Austria, and Estonia
filled out my application for my passport
I go in bouts of total excitement to pure terror when I think about studying abroad. I am going to be taking a gigantic leap and I’m so utterly excited though.

Accountablility

B: pear chobani with flax seed and strawberries, homemade nonfat latte

L: leftover salmon ~2-3 ounces, roasted carrots, ear of corn

Snack: couple bites of leftover chicken enchilada insides [green chiles, sauce, chicken, and shredded cheese], couple granola chunks picked from Oats N Honey cereal

D; grilled portobello mushroom with scrambled eggs and a few roasted potato chunks, small glass of unsweetened almond milk


Would have been a better day if I hadn’t snacked on the granola - it wasn’t much though. Also decided against having a Bloody Mary with dinner, so win there!

Note to self for either lunch or dinner tomorrow: coconut apple pie scramble

Accountability

  • Breakfast: strawberry chobani with spoonful of ground flax seeds and sliced strawberries
    Lunch: cinnamon apple microwave oatmeal muffin
  • Snack: double tall nonfat latte [i was falling asleep on my way to school]
  • Dinner: chicken 2 egg scramble

Met with my study abroad counselor to get information.

Blah ate so much cheese today. And dessert. :( but a good amount of cheese.

Dammit. Haven’t eaten this poorly in forever. Alright back to strict eating tomorrow. I’m done for the rest of the day. Just gotta start drinking water to start flushing this crap outta my system.

:( argh dammit.

Oh well might as well not sweat about it since there is nothing I can do now.

But I still am.

I feel like I’ve gained a thousand pounds. Tomorrow I shall be bloated. I know that. Curse my sensitive stomach and body.

I really need to find time to start working out. :/
